S1 has current cpr and expires 9/12/26 but however it must be EMSA approved.
LPA reviewed 3 infant children files which include the documentation such as: Parent's Rights, Personal, Affidavit for Liability insurance, Identification and Emergency, Consent for Emergency Treatment, Additional Children in Care and Immunization records. All files were observed to be complete.
No smoking, No infant walkers, No Johnny jumpers, No saucer chairs, and any other item that falls into that category are not permitted in the facility.

LPA observed yard to be fully fenced, to have age appropriate toys and materials, clean and free from any hazardous that can pose danger to children. LPA observe the yard to have small child size play structures located on top of artificial grass which create a soft barrier to help absorb any falls children may experience.
