LPAs Jonnisha Culbert and Jeanette Estrada conducted a case management visit at this facility. The purpose of the inspection is to tour the facility to ensure compliance due to a recent request made by the Early Childhood Education Program at Lynwood Unified School District to have Lindbergh Full Day (191570895) operate its summer program at this facility. LPAs met with Courtney Gillette, Early Childhood Education Coordinator who provided a tour of the facility. LPAs inspected both the indoor and outdoor portions of the facility.

Lindbergh Preschool (198012841) will be closed for the summer. Lindbergh Full Day (191570895) will temporary relocate due to repairs and will operate its summer program from June13, 2024 to August 9, 2024. Hours of operation will be 8am to 3:30pm. 24 children will be enrolled for the summer program.

LPAs observed two restrooms available for children to use and two sinks outside of restrooms for children to use. LPAs observed cubbies available for children to store personal belongings. Per Facility Representative napping cots will be provided and stored in the classroom. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided via food service. The outdoor play area was observed to have shade and a play structure. Per Facility Representative water will be available indoor and during outdoor play via water bottles.

Notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
