Prior to LPA observing the water fountain in the backyard, LPA observed a small running fountain in the front yard along the path that children use to enter the home. This is an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA reminded the licensee that the fountains are to remain empty while children are in care.
