On 07/12/2023 at 9:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katrina Chicote arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an Unannounced Complaint Inspection to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA announced purpose of inspection and met with Co-Licensee, Teshia Watkins, who granted entry to facility. LPA observed eight children, which includes three infants, in care at the time of inspection with three adults present. All adults present have criminal record clearance.

During the course of this investigaiton, LPA conducted interviews of parents, both current and previously attending, interviewed staff, and attempted to interview children. Interviews conducted did not provide corroborating information in regards to allegations. LPA was provided guided tour and inspected the facility indoors and outdoors, including off limits areas, LPA did not make any observations to support allegations during multiple inspections.

This Agency has investigated the above complaint and found that although the allegations may have happened or is valid; based on observations and interviews there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
