25 | At 11:45 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Laina Zamora, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are seven children currently enrolled. There were two children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that four adults and one child currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there are no assistants in the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room/daycare room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, detached garage which includes an additional bedroom and bathroom used by a fingerprinted family member, front yard, storage room directly behind garage which is locked with a key lock, and backyard which is fenced.
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room, detached garage with bedroom and bathroom, front yard (only used for drop-off and pick-up by parents), and storage room behind garage, which has a key lock. The children have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, family room/daycare room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and backyard which is fenced.
