Upon arrival, LPA met with the Licensee Mirna Jaurequi and informed of the purpose for the visit which was completed facility inspection and review records. Inspection conducted in English and Spanish LPA provided the inspection Entrance Checklist (LIC 126). Licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Individuals residing in the home have been discussed and noted. Licensee provides care to children ages newborn to 13 years old and operation days/ hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Upon arrival at 3:00pm the licensee was supervising 6 children including 1 infant. At 3:15pm 7 school aged children arrived, bringing the facility to 13 total children. The licensee does understand that licensing staff may have access to off-limit areas during inspection visit if necessary.
