25 | Annual Inspection was conducted in Armenian.
On 12/20/24, at 1:30 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an annual random inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival , LPA met with two assistants Hrayr Mailyan and Gevorg Mailyan, to whom the reason of the visit was explained .Per assistants , Licensee Arshaluys Idzhyan went to see a doctor . Per assistants , licensee notified parents being ill and attending doctor. Licensee`s husband , Melik Mailyan came in later. Per assistants , there are 12 children currently enrolled. There were 12 children , from whom 4 were infants and 3 adult (licensees’ assistants) present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 2 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room (FIREPLACE: inaccessible), garage, front yard and backyard (fenced). Per licensee the children use the living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in hallway and backyard (fenced).
Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in the master bedroom, bathroom in the infant room , kitchen ,front yard, and detached garage (storage) in the backyard.
During this visit, all areas identified that are accessible for children to use were inspected for the safety, comfort, and cleanliness. At 1:35 pm , assistants guided LPA to the tour of the home. LPA was toured starting from the living room, dining room , where LPA observed small table and chairs . LPA observed assistant with 2 infants in the living room .Next LPA toured the bedroom #1 were observed 10 napping children , then LPA toured bedroom #2 (infant room ), where LPA observed cribs . Bathroom in the infant room was not in use and lock with the key.
