13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katrina Chicote conducted an Unannounced Complaint Inspection for the purpose of delivering findings to the above allegations. LPA announced purpose of visit and was greeted by Johnnie Johnson, Licensee. Census was taken. LPA observed five preschoolers with one teaher upon arrival.
During the investigation LPA made observations, conducted interviews, and obtained records. Information gathered from multiple interviews did not provide corroborating information in regards to allegations. LPA did not make any observations in regards to allegations at time of inspections.
This Agency has investigated the above complaint and found that although the allegation may have happened or is valid; based on observations and interviews there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
