25 | On Thursday, March, 19, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Garcia conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with licensee, Aurora Lopez who gave LPA Garcia a tour of the facility. There were 3 children in care (1 infant, 2 preschool aged) during the inspection. Operating hours are Monday-Sunday 6:00am- 12:00am. Residing in the home is licensee, and 2 adult children. All adults have been fingerprinted and cleared. This facility is a single-story home that consists of, 1 ½ bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, detached garage, front yard fenced, backyard fenced. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises.
Areas off limits to children include- 2 bedrooms (hallway), ½ bathroom (next to laundry room), detached garage, both sides of the home, back portion of back yard separated by vinyl fencing. Areas on limits for the children include, 1 bedroom (hallway on the right), living room, 1 bathroom (hallway across from daycare room), front yard fenced, back yard fenced.
LPA Garcia inspected the facility for safety, comfort, cleanliness, ventilation and working phone (cell phone). For ventilation, LPA Garcia observed central A/C and observed vents on the ceiling. LPA observed the furniture, children’s materials, to be in good condition and age appropriate. LPA observed the children to have storage space to place belongings. Licensee stated naptime takes place in the living room and utilize mats for naptime.
LPA Garcia observed cleaning compounds stored in the bathroom cabinet, and high kitchen cabinet secured with a safety latch, making it inaccessible to the children. For drinking water, licensee stated she provides bottled water for drinking water. Licensee currently does participate in a food program.
