25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Mora conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection on 08/10/22 at 11:00 AM. LPA met with Olivia Garcia, Interim Site Supervisor. Ms. Garcia guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The purpose of this visit was to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 regulations and that the citations issued on 06/28/22 were corrected by the Licensee.
All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. LPA observed 21 children with 03 staff in the Toddler 2 Room, 06 Toddlers with 02 staff from the Toddler 1 Room and 18 children with 03 staff from the Preschool Room. Teacher-child ratios were observed to be in accordance with Title 22 regulations. Staff names were recorded. Criminal Record Clearances were reviewed.
During this inspection, LPA visually inspected the preschool and toddler classrooms and outdoor play yard. LPA observed the doorways near entry doors in the preschool room to be safe and sanitary. LPA observed that the outlet that was previously broken was fixed. LPA observed that pipe covers which were previously cracked were replaced with new pvc pipes.
LPA Mora corrected all deficiencies on this date and issued Letters of Deficiency Citations Cleared to the Site Supervisor.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
