| LPA Bishop conducted a tour of the facility. LPA Bishop observed the front yard to be the outdoor play area for the children. LPA Bishop observed the yard to have the following items: A worm maze and a doll house.
LPA Bishop observed the living room space to have the following: 1 table and several toys and cubbies, kitchenette area, 1 playpen and an assortment of age appropriate toys.
LPA Bishop observed the day care area to be located upon entrance of the home. Licensees state that this space is used primarily for napping, and indoor activity play. LPA Bishop observed the day care area room to have the following:
LPA Bishop observed the bathroom to be located in the hallway of the home. LPA Bishop observed the bathroom to have one toilet, one sink, a shower, and hand washing items for the children. LPA Bishop did not observe any slipping hazards, or chemicals in the bathroom.
LPA Bishop observed the kitchen to be made inaccessible to children in care with the use of a child gate. Licensee states that chemicals and detergents are stored Laundry room in an off limits area making them inaccessible to children in care. Licensee states that they cook for the children, and children take meals in the main care area.
Licensee states that there are 2 pets in the home. LPA Bishop did observe 2 dogs in the home. Licensee states that there are no bodies of water around the home. LPA Bishop did not observe any bodies of water around the home. Licensee states that there are no guns or weapons in the home. LPA Bishop did not observe any weapons or firearms in the home.
LPA Bishop reviewed 2 Staff files. 2 out of 2 staff files had the required department documentation available for review at the time of inspection. Immunization records for 2 out 2 staff were available for review at the time of inspection. (Available documents noted on LIC 859)

All areas used by children were inspected for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service (cell phone), ventilation and heating (central air and heat).
