25 | At 03:04 pm. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of correction) inspection to ensure the Type A and Type B deficiencies cited on 10/08/24 have been cleared. LPA met with Gregoria Rada, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present during this inspection was the Co-Licensee Estelita Ele. There were 07 children present during the inspection. The following was observed:
-Licensee and Co-licensee were present providing care and supervision. Written declaration was obtained from Co-licensee Estelita Ele.
-LPA observed the facility was operating within ratio. LPA observed LIC 9224 in the children's file.
-LPA observed child 1 (C1) and C8 had proof of immunizations.
-LPA observed child 1 (C1) C2, C3, C4, and C6 had a complete LIC 627.
-LPA observed child 8 (C8) had proof of the 15-minute sleep log.
-LPA observed the facility conducted a disaster drill on 10/09/24.
LPA cleared deficiencies and issued a POC clearance letters.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
