25 | On September 23, 2025, at 11:29a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Citaly Gonzalez Castillon. There are 14 children enrolled, and 7 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday from 6:30a.m.-5:00p.m. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared.
This is a one-story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/dining room, living room, a detached garage, front yard and fenced backyard. The off limit areas include 2 bedrooms, detached garage, and front yard.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster).
At 11:50am, During record review, LPA Dunlap observed the most recent disaster drill was conducted on January 13, 2025, and documented in the disaster drill log. LPA Dunlap informed the Licensee must conduct fire drills and disaster drills at least once every six months. This poses a potential health and safety risk. A Technical Violation will be cited.
Living Room (Main Care Area): This area has tile floors, a sectional couch, mounted TV, cubbies for children’s belongings. There are designated areas for dramatic play, science area, math area, language arts, manipulative items, age-appropriate toys, and age-appropriate chairs & tables. There is one highchair, two playpens, cots are stored in this area, and children sleep in this area. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition. Page 1 of 5
