25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to the above facility in Spanish. The licensee has requested an increase in capacity from 12 to 14 children. A fire clearance was granted on 07/10/25. LPA met with Licensee, Leonor Sanabria, informed of the purpose of inspection. The Licensee provided tour of facility. LPA inspected rooms/areas on the facility sketch in which child-care services are provided and to which children have access. Per licensee the current hours of care provided are Monday - Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 7am-4pm. There were 3 preschool children present upon arrival and 2 additional children arrived during visit. All adults present and providing care for children have obtained the required background clearance. Individuals residing in the home were discussed and noted.
The home consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and dining room, kitchen, yard. There is an ADU located at rear of home (previously 2 rear bedrooms). LPA observed entrance to the ADU is gated.
Per licensee and facility sketch, the areas used by children include: Living room and dining room (main daycare area), kitchen, bedroom 1 and 2 (in hallway), living room, bathroom, and backyard section closest to the home.
Off limit areas: Two bedroom (observed closed and locked), kitchen (observed with safety gates), storage sheds in the backyard, enclosed dog run (front of home), drive way next to dog run, the ADU at rear of home.
LPA reviewed files for licensee and qualified assistant and provided list of requirements. LPA observed that the home was clean and free of hazards. The required posting were observed at the entrance to the home. The 2A 10BC fire extinguisher is mounted by the kitchen with purchase receipt of 10/12/25.
Exit routes were labeled and a pull alarm was observed in the living room. ----- Page 1 of 2
