13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), T Tran and A. Carter arrived at the above licensed facility to conduct an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the above complaint allegations. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Vanessa Zylstra.
Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews, record reviews, and observation, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegations of staff left children playing outside alone while escorting other children to the bathroom. There were not enough evidence to indicate the children's restroom had old feces. None of the interviewed parties had any concerns with the children's play yard have gardening stakes accessible to children and staff indicated they brought there own coffee or the facility offerred instant coffee for staff. In addition, parents and children were comfortable with the staff and did not have any concerns with how staff handling the children at this facility. Therefore, the allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
