25 | On 03/26/2026 at 8:30AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by licensee, Cynthia Carter-Bedoya who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 2 infants in care. Per licensee there are 9 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:20AM to 6:00PM. Two adults live in the home.
This is a single story house consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, den, garage, unfenced front yard, and fenced back yard.
Per Licensee, areas off limits to children include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, garage, front yard, and side yard. Children have access to the living room, den, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and fenced back yard.
All areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible to children were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Home is well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, PM snack to children in care. Per licensee and upon record review both infants in care are over the recommended age of consumption of formula and breast milk. Per licensee, they are a part of a food program through Options for Learning.
LPA observed all cleaning products to be kept in the kitchen area, above the washer and dryer in a locked cabinet. per licensee it always remains locked and is inaccessible to children in care. Per licensee, there are no poisons in the home. LPA observed the knives kept in a high kitchen cabinet that is inaccessible to children in care and is kept locked at all times.
