32 | LPA inspected the kitchen on site where there was one staff member. Kitchen provides meals and snacks for both the full day and head start programs. Snack/lunch menus were reviewed. Food and snacks were reviewed for availability, quantity and appropriateness to children in care. Food preparation area was inspected. A review of cleaning and food supply storage areas was made.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. After a complete inspection of the facility, there were no deficiencies observed on this date according to California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
