25 | On 09/09/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA Long was greeted by licensee, Michelle Esqueda. LPA observed 3 Caregiver and 11 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
This is a single-story house which contains a living room, dining area, kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attached garage.
The day care takes place in the living room, dining area, kitchen, family room, hallway bathroom and rear yard.
Per Licensee, there are 3 adults living in the home (Licensee, husband, 1 adult child. All has criminal record clearance). The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working land line and cellular telephones. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 06/22/26. Outdoor play areas are fenced. Licensee provides breakfast, snacks and lunch.
