25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility on 04/14/26 at 12:43 p.m. At approx. 12:46 p.m., LPA met with licensee Yesenia Sanchez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 09 children present in the home (1 being the licensee’s child). Also present was the licensee’s father/assistant (A1). According to the licensee, 09 children are enrolled. Operation hours are Monday – Friday 06:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front yard (fenced)/driveway, detached garage, and back patio (fenced). According to the licensee, children use the living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bathroom, and back patio. Family members residing in the home are 2 adults and 2 minors. According to the licensee, there are no pets the premises.
LPA toured all areas identified on the facility sketch used by children during this visit and were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Tour began in the living room where LPA observed 5 napping children on cots. LPA observed that the living room has age-appropriate toys, equipment, and materials for children. The children’s bathroom is in the living room. LPA toured the children’s bathroom and observed it safe and in sanitary conditions. The bathroom cabinets have child proof locks. LPA then toured the kitchen/dining room where LPA observed a dining table with chairs and a child sized table with chairs. LPA observed that the licensee placed child proof locks throughout the kitchen cabinets. According to the licensee, all bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room, front yard/driveway, and detached garage are off-limits to children and were observed inaccessible.
