25 | On August 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Bridgette Lopez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 5 children in care, per licensee there are 5 children enrolled. LPA observed a current facility roster.
This is a single-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, laundry area with chemicals and cleaning compounds inaccessible to children in care, living room, dining area, kitchen, completely fenced front yard. LPA observed the fire place to be in compliance with Title 22. The day care takes place in living room, family room, dining room, bathroom and front yard. The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Per licensee there are no bodies of water, LPA did not observe any bodies of water. Children use cots for napping.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch and snack and dinner. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide and working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 03/22/2027.
LPA reviewed children files; files were found to be complete. LPA reviewed staff files; files were found to be complete. Children and staff names were documented on LIC811 (confidential page).
