**THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN SPANISH**
Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) R. Derraco and J. Duran conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above mentioned facility at 12:50 PM. LPAs were met by licensee, Karina Hernandez, who guided analysts on a tour of the home. LPA J. Duran provided Spanish language translation for LPA R. Derraco and Licensee, Karina Hernandez. LPAs observed one additional adult and 7 children in care. Adults in the home have criminal background clearance and associated to the facility.

During the investigation, LPAs conducted interviews and made observations. individuals interviewed stated that either the licensee or her assistant are the ones caring for children. Licensee states that she provides transportation of children in care and needs to leave the facility in order to pick up children. Licensee states that her assistant will watch children in care while she does pick ups. Currently, children in care are not in school due to summer. During the inspection, LPAs did not observe any pests in the main care area, outdoor play area or bathroom. The ktichen area and and the hallway leading to the

bedrooms are off limit area and are separated from the main care area by a tension gate. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated .

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
