25 | On 11/17/2023 at 12:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Raul Navarro conducted an Unannounced Case Management Inspection and met with Randy Sanchez, Coordinating teacher, and Ms. Garcia, Teacher. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility and was provided guided tour. Facility is made up of two classrooms in CDC-1 and CDC-2 on Webster Elementary School campus. The facility is currently only using the CDC-2 (28102) classroom. There were nine children and three staff present during today's visit.
The purpose of today's inspection was to discuss the water lead test results. Results received by RO indicated a water sources, labeled G and H, to have action level exceedance (ALE) of lead with results of 11.3 ppb and 7.4ppb. Program Coordinator was on the phone with LPA during inspection and they stated that there were no ALE results for this classroom.
LPA observed various water sources, none of which were labeled with the letters G or H at time of inspection. Program Coordinator provided LPA with a copy of the lead test report conducted on 7/7/2023. Report shows that there is no faucet labeled G or H. Results show that there was a lead exceedence of 7.46 on the faucet labeled B. Report provided shows faucet B was retested on 8/18/23 and there was no exceedence of lead. Per Coordinating Teacher, no meals are prepared on site and all meals are delivered by LBUSD Central Kitchen and water bottles are provided to children for drinking water source.
No deficiency was cited during today's inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative. |
