25 | On November 24, 2025, , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Leslie Lopez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 1 child in care. Per licensee there are 7 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 4AM to 7PM.
This is a two story house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen, laundry room, front yard and completely fenced in rear yard. There is a back house and additional back yard that are off limits to children in care. Area's accessible to children in care are the living room, dinning area, kitchen, bathroom 1 and rear yard. All other areas are made in accessible by baby gates/ locked doors. LPA observed napping equipment for children in care in linving room(cots/cribs). Per licensee there are 2 dogs and 5 cats on the premises. The 5 cats and 1 dog are accessible to children in care. LPA reminded licensee, it is her responsibility to ensure safety and cleanliness during day care hours. Per licensee, the other dog remains in the off limits additional rear yard.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, snacks (2) and dinner. LPA observed a working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced. LPA was unable to observe if the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide were operable as there was a child sleeping.
