25 | On Friday March 13, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA’s) Joanne Solorio Campos conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Nancy Galvez, Director who guided LPA’s on a tour of the facility. This is a preschool age program that serves children 2-5 and consists of 3 classrooms. This program operates Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Per the Director, there are 31 children enrolled. All areas identified on the facility sketch were toured and inspected both indoors and outdoors. Teacher and child ratio were observed, and present staff are fingerprinted cleared. 20 children and 9 staff. Present staff are fingerprinted cleared.
Sign in and out takes place on the Childplus app and sign in sheets if needed. The director stated no firearms, weapons, poisons nor bodies of water are located in the premises and LPA did not observe any of the above mentioned. Director stated that they do have children on medication or severe food allergies. LPA’s observed all medication to be properly labeled and stored. LPA observed the ill isolation area to take place in the office area with a restroom next to it.

LPA’s entered the classrooms and observed furniture, manipulatives, blocks, games, art materials, and books made accessible to the children to be age appropriate and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. LPA’s observed each classroom has a cubby for children to store their personal belongings. Water was observed via filtered water dispensers. Cots with individual tight-fitted sheets were observed for napping. Per Director, sheets are provided and have a laundry service take the sheets on Friday and return back on Monday.
