| The facility uses ProCare to sign children in and out. LPA reviewed staff records, staff files not were complete. There are no current facility staff with First Aid/CPR. LPAs reviewed children's medication and observed a child's medication had expired 10/2024. The director immediately notified the teachers in the facility. A phone call to the child's parents/guardians was made to inform them of the expired medication and a new one is needed.
Children’s Records were reviewed to ensure that Identification and Emergency form and a medical assessment are on file.
SB792 (Immunization Requirements for Staff and Employees) was discussed with the Director. The Director and staff do currently have immunization documentation.

Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226.
