8/12/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laureano arrived at Asatryan FCCH for the purpose of delivering finding for the above-mentioned allegations. LPA met with Licensee Melanie Asatryan and toured the facility.
On 6/9/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laureano arrived at Asatryan FCCH located on 2435 N. Lamer Street, Burbank, CA 91504 for the purpose of investigating the above-mentioned allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Melania Asatryan and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 4 children in care and licensee and 1 assistant present. LPA reviewed the following: children's roster, copy of sick policy and discipline policy.
On 6/9/2022 LPA conducted investigative interviews with Licensee, S1 and C1. On 8/2/2022 LPA completed interviews of all relevant witness. No information was disclosed that children’s Personal Rights were violated.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disapprove the allegation, therefore the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
Exit interview was conducted with licensee and a copy of the report was provided.
