| Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saul Valenzuela conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the Type A deficiency cited on 12/18/2024 has been cleared. LPA met with Mali Rand, whom guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 25 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:
- LPA arrived at the preschool at 9:15 a.m. and conducted a subsequent unannounced Complaint visit. Upon arrival LPA did not observed unfingerprinted adults inside the facility. Per Mali Rand, adults will not be returning to school, and if the school requires services that they will go through the proper agency for Applied Behavior Analyst Specialists.
- The LIC 9224 acknowledgment form was available in files review.
LPAs advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared deficiency on this date- LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
During this inspection, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
