recommendation/suggestion to help with the children, so they are not interrupted during those times. The complainant felt like the school gets upset at them for picking up there child during that time even if the child has a doctor appointment, and the school will send them a reminder text the next day saying try not to do that, they appreciate if you don't. Complainant felt like it was the school was prioritizing the school's flexibility and not the parents schedule. Complainant stated your still allowed to pick up but they make you feel bad about it.

Parent felt that the staff needs training on how to communicate with parents. Per interviews it was stated that the staff member does need training on communication with parents and has been working on it.
