25 | On 3/11/26, at 8:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an Unannounced Required - 3 Year inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and met with Licensee / Nune Hovhannisyan who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Adults in the home were discussed. There were ten (10) children present at the time of today’s inspection. The Licensee stated that there are currently twelve (12) children enrolled. The children’s roster was reviewed and found to be current. Also present during the visit was the Licensee’s Assistant, Arpine Khachatrian. Per Licensee, the facility’s hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, from 7AM - 11PM. During today’s visit, the LPA obtained an Application for a Family Child Care Home updating the facility’s hours to reflect those listed in this report. Emergency Disaster Plan, License, and Parents’ Rights were posted at the time of inspection. Disaster drill log was also available during today’s inspection and the last disaster drill was conducted on 1/14/26.
This is a single story home which consists of a living/dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, front yard, back yard and an attached garage. In addition to the Licensee’s home, the property includes two separate dwelling units, each with its own address and entrance. Both dwellings are located at the rear of the property and function as separate living spaces. The addresses for these units are 532 and 532A W. Harvard St., Glendale, CA 91204. According to the Licensee, parents drop off and pick up their children directly at the main door, which leads to the living room. Areas that are accessible to children are as follows: Living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom 2, bathroom 2 (located within bedroom 2), and back yard. The home does not have a fireplace. Per Licensee, off-limits areas are as follows: Bedroom 1, bathroom 1 (located in the hallway), front yard, the attached garage and the two separate dwelling units located at the rear of the property. The off-limits rooms are made inaccessible by child proof door knobs/locks. The washer and dryer are located inside the detached garage. The garage is kept locked during operational hours. The back yard (play area) has artificial grass with age appropriate toys.
