25 | On 04/30/2026 at 2:00PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by licensee, Liliana Botello who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 2 children in care. Per licensee there are 6 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Three adults live in the home.
This is a single story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, front room, kitchen, garage, front yard and back yard. Area's accessible to children in care are the living room, dinning room, front room, kitchen, one bathroom and backyard outdoor play area. All other areas are made inaccessible by locked doors and baby gates. LPA observed knives to be kept in a high kitchen cabinet inaccessible to children in care. LPA observed napping equipment for children in living room (cots). Per Licensee, parents provide bedding and it is washed at the facility once a week. Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises, LPA did not observe any. Per licensee there are no pets on the premises.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides Breakfast and Lunch, snacks are provided once a day by parents. Per licensee, she is a part of the Angels food program. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and functioning Carbon Monoxide detector, as well as a working telephone (licensee’s cellphone). LPAs observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced on 05/2025
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 02/22/2027.
