25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lilli Babcock and Staicy Perry conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type A deficiency cited on 9/20/23 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPAs met with Licensee, Blanca Carrillo, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 10 children and one assistant present during this inspection. The following was observed:
· Licensee was observed to be caring for 10 children, including 2 infants. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
· LPAs also observed LIC 9224s signed for all 10 children present on 10/3/23.
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPAs cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Blanca Carrillo. LPAs also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
