On April 4, 2023, at 9:30 a.m., Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Denise Gibbs and Rosaura Valenzuela conducted an unannounced inspection and met with Christian Seymour.

There were 13 children and three staff present when the visit began. LPAs tours the facility.

During investigation LPA conducted interviews of all pertinent parties. Staff made no disclosures regarding the allegation. Per staff, no one other then teachers and assistants, who are cleared to take care of the children. Staff do not recall any instances where children were left in the care of an uncleared adult. Other interviews disclosed only the names of staff who are cleared to be at the facility as adults that take care of them at the daycare.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove
the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
