25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lissete Gonzalez conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility on 04/27/2022. LPA arrived at the facility at 9:51AM and met with Yanina Baltazar, Licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present during this inspection, was Licensee’s son, Andrew Baltazar, who provided LPA with government issued identification. Per Licensee, operation hours are from 6:00AM to 5:00AM. There are five (05) children that are currently enrolled. A current children’s roster was available for review. There were four (04) children present upon arrival.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 restroom, living room, kitchen/dining room, and backyard (fenced). The children use the restroom in the hallway, living room, and back yard. Per Licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, and the front yard. LPA toured areas accessible to children in care and off limit areas during this inspection. The licensee provides food for children in care.
Individuals who reside in the home were noted and discussed.
Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
Licensee states that there are no firearms stored in the home.
