25 | On 07/22/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by licensee, Lucia Navarro who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. At the time of the inspection, there were no children in care. Per Licensee, there are 5 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 5:00AM to 6:00PM. Three adults live in the home.
This is a single-story house with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Area's accessible to children in care are the living room, den, one bathroom, and a majority of the back yard. The remainder of the back yard is fenced off for the licensee’s three pet dogs. LPA observed all three medium sized dogs to be kept in the gated area during the inspection. All other areas are made inaccessible by locked doors, child safety locks and baby gates.
Per Licensee, children in care do not nap at the facility. LPA did not observe napping equipment at the time of inspection. Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises, LPA did not observe any at the time of inspection.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Per licensee they provide meals to children in care. Children eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and AM/PM snack. Per licensee they are apart of a meal program through Options for Learning. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and functioning Carbon Monoxide detector, as well as a working telephone. LPA observed a fire extinguisher last serviced October 6th 2025.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 07/21/2028. LPA observed all cleaning products to be kept in the detached garage of the home, inaccessible to children in care. Per licensee, there are no poisons in the home.
