25 | On July 22, 2025, at 12:18 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap conducted an unannounced annual inspection of the facility. Licensee- Elizabeth Lizarraga granted entry after LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of visit. At the time of the inspection, 11 children were enrolled, with 3 children present. The facility operation hours are Monday- Saturday from 6:00a.m.-8:30p.m. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on June11, 2025 and documented in the disaster drill log.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, a detached garage, laundry room, front yard and fenced backyard. The garage also has a bedroom and a bathroom. The off limit areas include 3 bedrooms, kitchen, detached garage, part of the backyard, laundry room, front yard, and the living space located in the detached garage.
Living Room/Dining Room (Main Care Area): This area is equipped has hardwood floors with an area rug with mounted TV, dramatic play items, books, playpen, four highchairs, manipulative items, age-appropriate toys, and age-appropriate tables and chairs. Nap time is provided, cots are stored in this area. There are cubbies for children's storage. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
Kitchen: LPA Dunlap observed the kitchen to be inaccessible to children via a baby gate. Drawers, and cabinets, within the kitchen have safety latches and knives are stored in a high cabinet making it inaccessible to children in care. Page 1 of 4
