Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced required inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Jasmin Manzanero and Licensee German Jose Salcedo. This facility operates as a preschool program with a toddler component. The Center hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00pm. The following was observed.

The facility is an open layout that has a separate area designated for the preschool program and a separate area designated for the toddler program. There is a kitchen where the food and snacks are prepared and cooked for all the children in care. This area is kept off limits via safety gates. There is another area known as the library where supplies (such as napping cots), staff refrigerator, and washer/dryer units are located. There is a designated ill isolation area in this room that is curtained off. A qualified staff member maintains supervision at all times of any ill child in this isolation area. A staff restroom located across the hallway outside of the suite can be used for any ill child. Facility staff maintains supervision at all times and escorts any ill child that has to use this staff restroom.

LPA inspected both the toddler and preschool classrooms. Each area has it's own separate restrooms. The toddler restroom has a changing table as well within arms reach of a sink. There is age-appropriate furniture and equipment observed in the classrooms which appear to be in good condition. The facility has central heating and air-conditioning. Overhead lighting provides the majority of the light in the classroom, but sunlight comes through doors and windows. Cubbies are available for children's belonging.

The outdoor area is surrounded by a fence adjacent to the parking lot.The outdoor space was inspected for age appropriate equipment, cushioning, and to be hazard free. Drinking water is available outdoors via personal bottles.
