32 | During the investigation, LPA Lee attempted to conduct interviews with parents of the children that were identified. The interviews with parents of children in care did not produce any evidence that went against or supported the allegation. LPA Lee did attempt to review camera footage for the infant classroom on 05/17/2024, but was not able to view it despite making an attempt. The facility did give LPA Lee access to the computer with the camera software. The reporting party did state that facility informed them that the normal preschool teacher went home early on 05/17/2024. LPA Lee observed that the staff that work at this facility do not use any type of time cards to punch in and punch out at the facility.
Based on the evidence collected during the investigation, the allegations that facility commingled children may be valid. However, there is not enough preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.
The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours operation. Failure to maintain posting will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.
