Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced plan of correction inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Esther Choe.

The purpose of the inspection was to check if the facility complied with the plan of correction for a deficiency cited during an inspection on 04/04/2023. LPA Lee observed 5 infants in the designated infant room during the walk through of the facility.

The facility was provided with a POC clearance letter by LPA Lee during the inspection.

The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during business hours. Failure to maintain posting will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.

Exit interview conducted with Director Esther Choe. Appeal rights discussed and explained.
