Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lilli Babcock and Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 4/9/24 have been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry. LPAs met with Licensee, Angelina Ramirez, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee, guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 4 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:
· LPAs observed a sleep log for the infant in care
· LPAs observed the immunization's for the infant in care
· LPAs observed the pertussis and measles immunization's for licensees assistant
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPAs cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Angelina Ramirez. LPAs also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Angelina Ramirez.
