25 | On 05/11/2026 at 8:25AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by licensee, Rebecca Applegate who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 6 children in care. Per licensee there are 13 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5:30PM. Two adults live in the home.
This is a single-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, kitchen, garage, front yard, and back yard. Area's accessible to children in care are all three living room spaces, kitchen, front yard, back yard, and two bathrooms. All three bedrooms and garage are made inaccessible by child proof locks on all doors to inaccessible areas. LPA observed napping equipment for children. Cots are available for children over the age of 2, and children under 2 nap in pack and plays. Per Licensee, parents provide blankets and sheets for children in care, and it is sent home at the end of the week to be cleaned and brought back to the facility every Monday. Per Licensee, should children forget their napping equipment, there is blankets available at the facility.
Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises, LPA did not observe any. Per licensee there is two pet cats. LPA MAguirre observed both cats at the time of inspection. Per Licensee, the cats are accessible to children in care, but the children do not typically play with the cats. At the time of inspection, LPA MAguirre observed a completed 15 minute sleep log for all infants in care.
