On October 3, 2024, an unannounced Case Management - Plan of Corrections (POC) inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry to ensure Type A deficiency issued on 09/24/2024 were cleared. LPA Perry met with Site Supervisor Lillian. Census was taken and LPA Perry observed 21 children in care with 6 staff.

Today, LPA Perry observed and obtained documents of staff meeting that was conducted on September 24, 2024 to review supervision and discussing how supervision can be maintained at all times. LPA did observe video certificate titled Care and Supervision for Educators presented by Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). LPA observed and obtained staff meeting agenda including staff signatures form acknowledging each staff members attendance and LPA did not observe sensory item in the classrooms. Per Site Supervisor, implementation of sensory item will continue to be available under the supervision of a teacher at structured table time activities.

LPA provided the facility with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." Letter must be filed in facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review.

Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 Regulations no deficiencies are observed today.
