25 | PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 09/13/24 to ensure Type A deficiencies cited on 09/03/24 have been cleared. LPA arrived at 1:40 PM and met with Olga Ghazaryan, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 10 children present in the home, one being an infant. LPA observed 10 children were napping in two bedrooms and living room. During this inspection licensee son, Arman Khachatryan was also present in the home. During this inspection Liana Melkonyan, licensee's assistant arrived at the facility at 1:45 PM.
LPA observed the following corrections during this inspection:
· Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 10 children in care with licensee and her son.
· All adults present in the home have Criminal Record Clearance on file. Arman Khachatryan, licensee’s son has criminal record clearance in Licensing Information System.
· Current roster of children was provided.
· During this inspection LPA observed child safety latches were placed on the cabinets in the kitchen were licensee stores sharp items and cleaning compounds. LPA observed cleaning compounds and sharp items were inaccessible to the children in the kitchen.
Acknowledgement forms were observed for all children in care.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updated on the Childcare Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report Licensee, Olga Ghazaryan and issued POC clearance letter.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
