25 | On October 28, 2025, at 1:30 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted a Case Management inspection- Licensee Initiated for the purpose of a capacity increase. The LPA was greeted by licensee, Monika Mayilyan who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Licensee’s two assistants were also present during the inspection. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 6 pm. Per licensee there are 7 children enrolled, and LPA observed 3 infants and 3 preschool aged children.
The facility is currently licensed for a capacity of 8 children. The facility has requested an increase in capacity from 8 to 14 on 9/12/2025. Fire clearance for large family childcare home was granted on 10/10/2025.
Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who have criminal record clearance. This is a two-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms with a fireplace which is inaccessible, detached garage, guest house (vacant) located in the rear of the home and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas include the kitchen, entire second floor, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom has been converted into living room), garage, and guest house.
Children have access to the bathroom in the hallway, living room (play room), dining room (playroom), bedroom that is near the kitchen area (used for napping purposes), and back yard.
The LPA inspected the facility and found the facility to be clean and safe. Telephone service was verified. Heating, lighting, and ventilation are adequate. LPA observed age appropriate toys and materials for children in care. LPA provided licensee with a capacity regulation sheet where it illustrates how many children and the ages of the children the licensee can provide care for a Large Family Child Home.
