25 | On January 8, 2026, at 1:15 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by licensee, Monika Mayilyan who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Licensee’s assistant was also present during the inspection. Licensee’s spouse was also present during the inspection, however they were in an inaccessible area. All adults present during inspection obtain criminal record clearance. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 6 pm. Per licensee there are 8 children enrolled, and LPA observed 4 infants and 4 preschool aged children.
Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who have criminal record clearance and 2 minor children. This is a two-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms with a fireplace which is inaccessible, detached garage, guest house (vacant) located in the rear end of the home and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas include the kitchen, entire second floor, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom has been converted into living room), garage, and guest house. All off limits area are inaccessible to children in care.
Children have access to the bathroom in the hallway, living room (playroom), dining room (playroom), bedroom that is near the kitchen area (used for napping purposes), and back yard.
At 1:25 pm the licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front door of the home which leads them to the living room. Upon entrance to the living and dining room, LPA observed multiple age-appropriate toys for children in care and a pack n play. LPA observed a child safety gate near the dining area which prevents children from accessing the kitchen area.
