25 | On September 18, 2025, at 1:15 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Mariam Gyumushyan who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee there are 4 children enrolled, and LPA observed 3 infants and 1 preschool aged child in care. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a single-story home that consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, completely fenced rear yard and front yard and detached garage. There is also a back house on the property that was observed to have a different address and completely separate from the facility.
Off limit areas are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, side/backyard and detached garage.
Areas accessible to children in care are the living room, hallway bathroom, bedroom #1, bedroom #2, and front yard (fensed)
At 1:30 pm the licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front door of the home which leads them to a open space before leading to the living room. Before entering the home, LPA inspected the front yard which is the outside play area that children in care use and was observed to be complete fensed. LPA observed several age-appropriate toys for children in care. There were no hazards observed in the front yard. Upon entrance through the front door, LPA inspected the open space before the living room and observed children’s cubbies to store personal items. LPA then walked into the living room and observed more age appropriate toys for children in care as well as a rug.
