Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiency cited on 6/25/24 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Assistant Director, Jacquie Munnerlyn, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Assistant Director, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 9 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:

ยท Facility has tested the outlets used for drinking and food preparation and test results show no exceedances


LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.

LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Assistant Director, Jacquie Munnerlyn. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director, Jacquie Munnerlyn.
