25 | PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection to the above facility on 02/05/25 to clear Type A deficiency that was cited on 01/29/25. LPA arrived at the facility at 11:00 AM and met with licensee, Marine Topchyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection Vardanush Avetisyan, Licensee's assistant was also present in the home.
The following corrections were observed during this inspection.
1. During this inspection 11 children were present in the home, playing in the living room with licensee and her assistant. The licensee was observed to be operating within the licensed capacity and is not exceeding the required limitations during this inspection.
2. A copy of current facility roster was provided to LPA during this inspection.
Acknowledgement forms for 12/03/24 and 01/29/25 inspections were observed for all children in care.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report Licensee, Marine Topchyan and issued POC clearance letter.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
