25 | On May 19, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Claudia Anguiano who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 6 child in care. Per licensee there are 8 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6AM to 5PM. Inspection was conducted in Spanish.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, front and backyard (fenced). Areas accessible to children include: living room, 2 bedrooms (nap and activities), 1 bathroom (adjacent to the living room), front yard (fenced). Areas off-limits to children and parents include: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and backyard (fenced), Per licensee, there are no pets on the premises; however, licensee stated her daughter brings her dog and it’s kept in the backyard. According to the licensee, the dog is not around the day care children and is kept in the backyard. LPA did not observe any bodies of water, LPA did not observe any.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch and snacks. LPA did not observe a functioning carbon monoxide or smoke detector as children were napping. LPA informed licensee to verify the alarms work once children woke up from nap time. LPA observed a working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 10/24/2025.
