25 | At 9:00 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual/random inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Marcela Pena-Campuzano, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 5 children currently enrolled. There were 3 children present during the visit. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room, front yard, and backyard which is fenced. There is also a detached garage/living unit which is not used for daycare and is kept locked per licensee. Per licensee, no one is currently living in the garage/living unit. LPA observed the garage unit to be locked during the visit.
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include 2 bedrooms, the detached garage/living unit, and front yard. The children have access to kitchen/dining room, living room, one bathroom, and backyard which is fenced.
