Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced Case Management- Licensee initiated inspection at the above facility on 02/22/24 at 09:00 a.m. LPA met with Director Melissa Dundas who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Census was taken.

The facility has requested to switch the toddler classroom "Daisy" to preschool classroom. The facility was licensed for a capacity of 17 toddlers and is requesting to keep the same capacity for the preschool classroom. The preschool classroom will be identified as the Daisy classroom. The facility will keep (1) toddler classroom (Ivy) that was initially licensed for a capacity of 8. The facility will remain with the toddler capacity of 8. The toddler classroom (Ivy) will use bathroom #1 which is located next to the kitchen. LPA observed the Ivy classroom has a changing table. The facility will keep an overall capacity of 62.

At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no deficiencies being issued today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
